A violent clash erupted in Haldwani, Uttarakhand, resulting in the deaths of four miscreants and injuries to more than 100 individuals, primarily police personnel. The incident occurred during an attempt to demolish an illegal mosque and madrasa built in the garden of Malik of Vanbhulpura. 

The mob, reportedly from the Muslim community, attacked the administration, police, and media persons involved in the demolition. Following the clash, Uttarakhand Police has heightened its alert status across the state, with CM Pushkar Dhami closely monitoring the situation.

Police forces are on high alert in Dehradun, Haridwar, and Udham Singh Nagar districts, with officers instructed to closely monitor sensitive areas. Increased police presence and surveillance are observed in urban and rural areas to prevent the spread of rumors.
